JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time, hardworking, focused individual to help us run daily operations for our fast-growing, high-ticket, online retailer business in the United Kingdom.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person as we’re looking to work with someone for the long term as we grow. With the right experience and mind-set this will be an enjoyable and fulfilling position with increasing salary as your performance is proven after a 3-month trial period.

The role will include:

-Working 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm UK time)
-Product uploads and writing unique product descriptions
-Image editing for product images and seasonal promotions
-Sales record keeping
-General back office tasks/record keeping
-Management of email marketing with Klaviyo
-Daily reporting on work undertaken
-Communication and support with customers by phone, live chat and email
-Communication with suppliers by phone, live chat and email
-Content/SEO writing
-Fulfilling orders

We need a staff member who has the following skills and experience:

-Have excellent attention to detail
-Be extremely reliable
-Great communication skills
-Good English writing and grammar (UK0
-Excellent spoken English (without accent ideal)
-Experience with E-Commerce platforms
-Ability to follow procedures and processes
-Knowledge of Excel/Spreadsheets
-Image editing for product images and promotional content
-Be able to quickly learn new skills

Key Requirements:

-Must have very reliable internet access
-Very good communication abilities over the phone

Skills above are excellent but above all we need someone who can learn and put training into practice efficiently and who can communicate with us on all issues.
