Marketing Assistant

We are a divorce and child custody law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia, Upgrade to see actual info this position, you will work closely with the owner. The purpose of this position is to increase leads for the company, increase the company’s social media presence and better track return on investment for the company’s marketing efforts. Strong communication and English language skills are Upgrade to see actual infondidates must be available from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. New York time. If you only have experience with certain aspects of this position, still apply as we may make multiple hires to cover all tasks.

Data collection

• Listening to recorded calls through our call rail dashboard to determine call quality and accurate lead tracking
• Annotate calls in recording dashboard
• Score recorded calls against a scorecard
• Review lead spreadsheet to ensure that all calls have been added to lead spreadsheet
• Add email addresses to an email follow up campaign based on case type
• Create a tracking system using excel or other software to monitor and report on progress with prospective new clients, referral sources and leads
• Keyword research of competitors
• Review google adwords reports for local service ads and pay per click campaigns to determine which ads are the most profitable.
• Create reports on marketing performance by channel

Content curation

• Create social media content
• Post social media content to Instagram, youtube, facebook. Linkedin and google my business
• Create relevant hashtags for social media content
• Research blog content/topics
• Target market research
• Develop marketing materials for targeted audiences and practice areas
• Develop and maintain specific materials to be distributed in response to inquiries and referrals
• Keep abreast of the firm’s law firm competition and their social media promotion, fees, programs, etc.

Marketing automation

• Input drafted email scripts into drip campaigns in kartra or other marketing automation crm.
• Kartra landing page design
• Create custom kartra domains
