The Lab Gym (www.labgym.com) is seeking a financial professional for 20+ hours/week to help with client and account management. Duties range from accounts receivable, payroll, and various financial management roles depending on the skill of the applicant.
Basic Job Roles/Description:
1) Accounts Receivable-pull reports from POS software, sending notifications to clients, maintain collection process. Analyze expense vs. income margin and budgeting.
2) Payroll-quantify employee hours and pay from POS software and enter into quick books payroll application.
3) Potentially-Accounting/book keeping duties-categorize expense, balance checkbook, profit loss report (quick books). Find and track discrepancies/loss/errors in reporting.
