The company is an NBN Internet Service Provider in Australia. We are looking to onboard two new staff from the Philippines. We currently have only one staff member that runs everything below, he is in the Philippines and will be training the two new staff members. You will be working from your own home so a computer and reliable internet connection is essential. Customer Service:

Online chat with customers looking for an Internet Upgrade to see actual infoeck what type of Internet a customer's home address can get.

Order an Internet connection at the customer's address.

Receive phone calls from customers enquiring about an Internet connection.

Receive technical support phone calls assisting customers setup their modem/router/wifi.


Book Keeping Tasks:

Audit customer list and ensure there are no missed Upgrade to see actual infotup recurring invoicing for customers and charge their credit cards.


Marketing:

Find new customers, each new customer you bring will earn you 3000 php commission, on top of your salary.
