Sherer & Associates is looking to add an experienced Architectural Renderer/3D Draftsman to our team! The ideal candidate for this position would have experience creating compelling, realistic 3D models and renderings. Experience in AutoCAD drafting for architecture - creating construction documents, floorplans, test fits, and more - is a plus. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple projects on track.

Responsibilities

1. Single point of accountability for renderings and 3D models based on the vision, mission, and values of Sherer & Associates.

2. Perform Specific tasks as directed in Click Up project management software.

3. Track your time in Clickup

4. Project Communication
Project Architect
Project Manager
Meetings
In house review and Coordination meetings
Production Team Meetings

5. Construction Documents **not required, but would be a big plus**
Coordinate with Project architect and project manager.
Follow Project Checklist in Clickup.
Follow Standard drawing list Upgrade to see actual infocorporate Redlines into construction documents.

6. Highly proficient in some or all of the following items:
Sketchup Pro 2020
V-ray
Lumion
Enscape 2020
Adobe Photoshop
Revit2020
AutoCAD 2018 or higher
Use of XREF’s
Layering Standards
CTB’s
Google Suite (docs, drive, sheets, slides)
Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher

7. Willing and able to conform to our company procedures and standards.
