Experienced and Motivated Amazon FBA Assistant Wanted for Growing Ecommerce Brand - Full Time

We're a new ecommerce company with 6 live products & another 20 products launching in the next 18 months. We're looking for a talented team-player to join our growing organisation (for the long run 2+ years) as we continue to launch & scale great products.

ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Completely manage Amazon day-to-day tasks without requiring management assistance
* SEO Amazon Experience - Ability to do in depth keyword research & implement into live listing + track.
* Obsessed with maximising sales volume & profit per unit
* Project management tasks such as liaising with Freelancers to create product assets e.g. image stack, listing copy, packaging etc
* Maintain daily customer support for all enquiries through Amazon, Email and Facebook (taking care of customers & ensuring they have a great experience with our brands)
* Document new tasks into SOP's to ensure our organisation develops systems
* Co-ordinate stock levels with our Supply Chain Manager to reduce stock outs
* Overall account management (product daily, weekly and monthly reports. Respond to reviews etc)
* Basic market/internet research

HIRING PROCESS:
To make sure there are no surprises when applying, below you'll find our hiring process. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING

1. Apply for the role and answer our application questionnaire (this will take 10-15 minutes to complete)
2. We will review all applicants and shortlist to the top 5
3. We will complete a short interview with each applicant with the full management team
4. We will shortlist again to the final 3
5. We will then ask all remaining applicants to complete a PAID test task to better understand your skills and how you work.
6. We will hire the best applicant to begin their 3 month training and probation period. During this period you will be required to work 4 hours per day, with the expectation that your workload will increase to full-time hours after the period is ---------- PENSATION:
We will pay you a monthly wage, paid fortnightly which will be finalised based on your level of experience.

For the test task we will pay you $30 to complete a series of test tasks which we expect to take 2-3 hours to complete.

Once hired, we expect you to be available for 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) during the 3 month probation period. After this period is complete your hours will increase to 8 hours of work per day.
