URGENT: Experienced Social Media Manager

I'm looking for an experienced social media manager. You will need to have experience in the following platforms - Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

You should have experienced:
1) Quality targeted content
2) Create graphic content using Canva/Picmonkey/Photoshop or any other equivalent tools
3) Find quality leads to engage with
4) Be able to create conversations with targeted leads and partners on social media
5) Build the network with online engagement - commenting on social media posts, blogs etc
6) Be able to research when needed
7) Keep up-to-date social media changes
8) Understand how to do social media to create and build relationships
9) Know how to do facebook advertising
10) Can create a content calendar
