We're looking for a Technical Support Professional who can help troubleshoot and take care of our customers.
Our product is a leading online event software that makes it super easy for people to run webinars and live /automated events.
Full training will be provided, however, you should have experience with PHP and WordPress.
Your English should be excellent (mainly written) since you may have to respond to customers.
You'll report to a project manager and be responsible for editing / writing help documentation based on already done videos. You'll also help solve support tickets for issues that customers may have.
There's ton's of room to grow with us! You'll also be able to help with features and shape the way the software works.
