MULTILEARNING is a provider of Hybrid Virtual Event & eLearning platforms, tools, and solutions for scientific organizations worldwide and has celebrated its 20th anniversary this year.

Reporting to the lead project manager and in cooperation with project managers based in Montreal and Portugal, the employee will be expected to provide timely and excellent support to clients regarding our services and platforms offered by MULTILEARNING. As well as provide support to our lead graphic designer in producing basic content using the Adobe Suite.

Location: Philippines (will work remotely from home where access to a reliable high-speed internet connection is available)

Education: Bachelor or college degree in graphic design, general business or 3+ years of experience relevant for the job description.

Qualifications we're looking for:
Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, After effects and Premiere Pro), and Office Suite
Excellent communicator, strong interpersonal skills and very organized
Able to manage multiple tickets or client questions simultaneously
Able to work within strict deadlines
Good knowledge of internet technologies and mobile devices
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
Very flexible availabilities due to time zone differences and positive attitude
Ability to work alternate shifts, including some night and weekends shifts
Responsible, able to work autonomously and provide reports on an ongoing basis
Optional: Experience in social media and content creation

Main tasks (not limited to):
Respond in a timely manner to end-users queries regarding our different platforms
Provide quality support to users who are in the process of submitting or reviewing materials
Help users get access to their live session or activity
Prompt visitors to register to our platforms
Collaborate with the project management team to build a searchable resource to answer any queries from end-users
Provide assistance to the lead graphic designer on different projects
