I’m looking for a FULL-TIME VA to work with on an ongoing basis for my real estate business. The tasks will include the following:
- Intensive Excel work
- Working with CRM software (specifically Podio)
- Researching on the internet
- Making phone calls to the County offices and various businesses (attorneys, title companies, real estate agents)
- Administrative work
- Organizing data in Excel sheets, Word docs.
- E-mailing
In order to be considered for the job, you MUST possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Expert familiarity with Windows-based software.
- Strong computer skills
- Fluency in writing and conversing, perfect grammar, and complete command of the English language.
- Fluent in conversational English, experienced in phone etiquette
- You MUST have a quiet environment for making phone calls
- Good grammar in written English for e-mails
- Outgoing personality
**Preference for those with prior experience and knowledge of using CRM software (specifically Podio).
**Special consideration will be given to candidates that have prior experience in working with real estate businesses.
** Job is FULL TIME. Working hours will be 8 hours, split into the following times: 4pm-8pm (PST) and then 4am-8am (PST)
I will provide scripts and training on all software and procedures
