Customer Service/Sales Representative

Fab Promo, a promotional sales company based in Miami Gardens, is looking for people for full time employment (40 hours/week) as Sales Agents with at least one year consistent work experience with the same employer. We also require the following:

1. We need an exceptional English speaker to answer calls and emails from prospective and return customers during the working hours of 9am-5pm EST.

2. We need help getting the initial leads through email or phone, converting the inquiries to quotations and emailing it to the prospective customer.

3. We need help in establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.

4. We need a team player. Someone who can work well and coordinate sales efforts with other members of the organization.

5. We would like someone knowledgeable in basic graphic design skills for product proofs - not strictly required.

6. We would like someone knowledgeable with workflow applications such as quick books, word, and excel.

You will be required to be available in a group video chatroom during your shift so consistently fast internet is a must. Most importantly, we are looking for a well-spoken bubbly personality, to not only take in calls and emails, but turn these leads into sales and return customers.
