JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you. Some things I specifically have in mind for you in the beginning:

- Basic Bookkeeping; balance/enter data in my online accounting system (Wave)
- Verify employees’ timesheets daily
- Copy hours from timesheets to payroll system
- Data Entry for a couple of projects I have going on
- Managing emails (Setting up auto-responders, email list management)
- Travel research/booking
- Scheduling meetings with employees/clients
- Help prospecting/generating business leads
- Set up/manage Linkedin/Facebook/Social media accounts
- Assist in creating marketing/web content
- Help in general organizing things into Google Docs
- Assist in research for quoting hardware for client projects
- Helping me organize policies, routines, tasks for my programming team

There will be other tasks as well. Part of our learning process together will be figuring out what things I am doing currently that can better be done by you, to free up my time.


Benefits

- This is a salaried position with 13th month pay.

- Semi-flexible schedule. I will need to check in with you daily (weekdays) via Skype so that we can review tasks and I can answer questions, etc., but most of the time, you can work when you like.

- Flexible time off, vacation, and personal time. This position is expected to be full time, but the hours can be flexible to accommodate your needs.

About Me Personally

I’m a business owner and project manager located in Kansas, right in the middle of the USA. I started programming in the 1980’s, first to write video games, then later on as a business developer. I have gotten to work for clients all over the world, and I love what I Upgrade to see actual info my free time, I like to play golf, disc golf, run, and practice marksmanship. I have four children, a lovely wife, and a dog who thinks she is one of the children.
