Google Ads Manager

I have a simple print on demand storefront on Redbubble currently. Looking for someone to create Google Ads/YouTube ads for the store and then to manage these a few times a week. This job will be Part to Time but depending on traffic to the storefront and sales, it may turn into a Fulltime position
A bit a bout my store, I have a T-Shirt/merch shop set up on Redbubble and currently have 100 items listed and adding more every day. My team can create or edit any of the graphics I have currently or that you would need BUT if you have simple graphic design skills that would be a plus. I plan to open at least one, maybe more, storefronts in the next few weeks with the same basic concept in mind so creating ads for those would also become part of you job.

What I need:
Someone with at least 2 years in Google Ads and SEO
Someone with experience in YouTube ads and promotion
Multiple test ads created for my current shop
Management for said ads, being 2-3 times a week, to modify or narrow search parameters.
I need input on items that you, as a professional, would deem most appropriate or inappropriate (vulgar content, things that might be banned by Facebook)
Someone who reads this post in its entirety and starts their reply to it with their favorite snack food( chips, cookies, fruit etc..)

This will be a Part Time position UNTIL such time as traffic/sales meet costs. We will then look to grow our ad campaign and your role/pay would increase accordingly. Monthly salary will be between $1-$200 USD, Part Time, and $6-800 for Full time. Fulltime workers can expect paid time off, bonuses and raises often, Part Time workers can expect to work only a few hours a day and weekends off with periodic Skype chats to keep on track.

I will require a Skype profile in order to be able to contact you daily and get progress reports or updates. Payment will be the Friday of each week at 6pm California time.
