JOB OVERVIEW

Note: Since I initially posted this position, I hired one person. I had to let him go, because he only answered maybe one out of three questions I asked, even when I asked again for the information I needed.

And a second person I sent the contract to hire her. Except then she claimed she would need more money to do the work than the salary listed plainly right in the post.

Before you apply, make sure you've read the website you would be promoting. (About 90% of applicants did not bother to do even that.)

So show me you are sincere, serious, and would be professional, by telling me what WARA stands for, in your application. And confirm to me you would work full-time for the salary listed.

Thanks.

I appreciate you seeing whether it's you I need to be working with, if you have the inner-knowing you're exactly who I need to manifest this Destiny!

First, please see the preview page for my Kickstarter campaign which I expect to launch on Wednesday:
http://www.IBrokeTheNet.com/kickstarter/

Briefly, we're intent on getting all 320.7 million Americans focused on rebuilding the greatness in their own lives and helping other Americans rebuild the greatness in their lives - "No American left behind".

You would be playing a very important part in fulfilling that Vision.

(It's important to me that you care about doing something that truly matters, that you're not just about collecting a salary and doing the bare minimum - that you really care about Being of Service, "going the extra mile" and take pride in the work you do!)

I'm looking for someone who would feel *GREAT* knowing that he or she is doing something so profound for so many people.

Is that you?

Let's make sure it is.

Do you:
- Have experience posting on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, etc, and running people's campaigns, following/friending the right people, scheduling posts - and linking a blog, YouTube and GetResponse to autopost to the social media accounts?

- Know how to use Optimize Press 2 and Instabuilder 2.0 and can take my existing YouTube videos, create blog posts embedding them in the post and send people to watch it at that page?

A big part of what you would be doing is contacting popular celebrities, mainly U.S. singers and actors, as well as politicians, mostly through Twitter (@CelebrityName) although possibly through postcards, using my SendOutCards account as a follow-up.

You would be inviting them to write a chapter for my "Rebuilding American" book and getting them to get their fan base excited about how "We Are Rebuilding America".

Do you also have good graphic design skills?

My marketing consultant wanted me to have a professional designer create more professional images on that Kickstarter page, and make it more patriotic. (He said to "red, white and blue it up". Those are the colors of the U.S. flag.)

It's also important to me to work with someone who's an excellent communicator.

You must strive to do your best with everything you're doing, and anticipate my needs, without me having to ask you for something.

(Because you know how important your job is to the work we're doing, and anytime you can save me time, making sure you're being complete in your responses, giving me everything I've requested, the more you're helping me.)

I may also ask you to submit press releases I provide to the media - it's just a form through a service I have.

And I may ask you to be the contact person for the media as they respond, requesting interviews and more information.

That would mainly involve scheduling, and coordinating with me, as well as providing them links to articles and videos and information.

Are you confident you're the right person for the job?

If so, let me know why you are the right man or woman for the job. (Great written English is also important. It's part of "excellent communication", to me.)

Also let me know about the intangibles involved in this job description.

And what four words you use to describe yourself.
