Shopify Store Manager

We are an E-Commerce consulting and support company for the Amazon and Alibaba marketplaces and we help more than 30 clients. We help our customers to progress and widen their market and distribution possibilities to enable them to sell on an international level. We are looking for talented and motivated people who love E-Commerce and who wish to perfect their knowledge and develop a career by joining our warm and very human team which has at heart the satisfaction of their customers.

We have already 23 Employees from the Philippines and some of those are working already for 4 years now. Apart from that, we offer competitive salary and benefits such as 13th month pay, health insurance (after 3 months service).

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Write a product description that sells and attract customers
- Edit basic images (e.g. resizing the photo, adding text, etc)
- Conduct product research by following a certain instructions
- Edit product images by following the guidelines provided
- Set up a Shopify Store
- Do product research by following our method
- Research our industry/niche to identify products and services that our customers need and desire
- Review and analyze competitor’s products and services
- Recommend optimal product / services catalog
- Develop and manage the affiliate marketing partners and offerrings
- Work with Social Media lead to inform the editorial calendar
- Optimize website to make the pages load quickly
- Take care of server issues to make sure the website always run smoothly to avoid unpleasant customer experiences
- Conduct market research to continously update our product/service catalog, keyword research, competitive research, pricing analysis, etc.

Primary Skill set:
- 3 years+ experience with Shopify or managing a Shopify store
- Must have incredible attention to detail
- Excellent English writing skills
- Above average knowledge of eCommerce sales systems and upsell funnels
- Product Description and Copywriting experience is preferred but not required. Preference will be given to candidates who can provide writing samples
- Able to respond and collaborate with Project Manager
- Team Player
- Able to multi-task and organize
