We are growing our web development team and we're looking for motivated and well-rounded individuals to help grow our company. We have several hundred Wordpress websites that we manage and are looking for a junior webmaster to assist us with building new sites, updating old sites, and managing the servers that host these sites. If you are wanting to learn quickly, make an impact, and work with us long-term, we'd love to communicate with you more. We regularly work with remote team members and prefer candidates that are looking to make a long-term commitment. We have REALLY high standards and expect hard-work and loyalty, but we also treat our team members exceptionally well.

About Us:
We operate several hundred websites in a wide variety of industries. We are a small team with several distributed team members (including 6 full time team members in PH) and hundreds of part-time freelancers.


Ideal Candidate Hard Skills:
- Wordpress
- PHP
- CSS
- Cpanel/CWP
- Logo creation
- LINUX OS

Ideal Candidate Soft Skills:
- Self Starter
- Detail Oriented
- Looking for a long-term position with room to grow and learn
- Believer and contributor to open source

We have documented processes in place and we are willing to train the right candidate. But the following skills are mandatory:
- Ability to install wordpress
- Comfortable setting up and configuring a brand new Wordpress installation
- Familiar with multiple themes and the ability to make minor tweaks to free themes
- Some graphic design experience - Can create basic logos
- Comfortable using very basic command line interface
