Marketing and Design Specialist

Overview: We are a US based company located in Los Angeles, CA that specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing. We are searching for an experienced marketing professional who is well versed in photo-editing with the popular editing software Photoshop. This person must also understand the basics of social media advertising along with email marketing.

Job Description: You will edit all photos of company real estate listings, create monthly postcards, flyers, and email newsletters. You will also be responsible for the management of our company social media accounts and create content for those marketing channels.

Job Requirements:

Follow directions accurately, work with minimal supervision, and deliver high quality results in a timely manner
Solid understanding of Photoshop (functions include - layering, drawing, contrasting, cropping, & other advanced editing)
Basic understanding of Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel
Intermediate understanding of email software MailChimp
Highly reliable Internet connection with a backup source
Fluent in American-English speaking and writing

Other Desired Experience (not a requirement)
Prior experience with video editing

This role is PART-TIME and so you must be able to commit to this long-term before applying. We expect an opportunity will arise to move to full-time work in the future, provided work is above and beyond what we expect. Also, you will be required to download and install time tracking software. Although most daily communication will happen via email, Zoom video chats will be a part of our weekly communication.
