Full-Time Telemarketer (B2B)

We are looking to hire four Full-Time Telemarketer. The Telemarketer is responsible for pre-qualifying leads, calling the leads, obtaining the decision maker’s contact information, then sending marketing materials (i.e. introduction letter, price list) to the decision maker via fax or e-mail. This is a permanent position and we offer competitive wages with raises and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:

- Pre-qualify leads from a list provided by management
- Call businesses in North America to obtain the contact information (name, phone, fax, email) of the decision maker
- Send marketing materials to the decision maker
- Follow up with the decision maker either by phone or by e-mail
- Update the CRM

Requirements:

- Must have excellent communication skills in the English language (oral, written, comprehension)
- Must be well-versed with computers and computer programs. Do not need to be an expert, but you will be using your computer every day
- Must have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and/or just general call center experience
- Must hold a University degree
- Must have a quiet room to work in, high-speed internet access (minimum 10 Mbps download and upload speeds or higher), noise cancelling headset, and a personal computer (either desktop or laptop)

Business Hours:

Monday through Friday, 9 AM until 5 PM EST.

Compensation:

21,000 PHP per month to start, paid on a bi-weekly basis using World Remit (cash pick up or bank deposit). Vacation pay and sick leave after 3 months.
