Freelance WebMaster

AdSkills is searching for a freelance webmaster to help with producing landing pages, website optimization and members area management. Main Job Requirements
- Meet with team to establish the desired feel and look for the landing pages to be created
- Maintain/improve page load speeds of main website and important landing pages
- Publish new landing pages as needed
- Run regular split tests on main website and core pages to work towards improved conversion rate and quality leads/conversions
- Stay on top of platform tools and trends to ensure adskills webpages set an industry standard.
- Publish and maintain and organized members area
- work to improve website and members area to ensure ease of use and customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
- Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with team and the ability to bring them to life
- Be very punctual, good time management, able to handle a lot of tasks at once
- Upload and download files to server
- Be able to diagnose technical issues
- Turn around finished product quickly
- Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply team with top-notch finalized products
- Ability to identify popular website trends in business as it refers to online classes, digital marketing, and social media marketing.


Technical Skill Requirements
- have an expert understanding of website hosting, wordpress, content management systems, nameservers, amazons3 file storage, image file sizes
- have an expert understanding of wordpress websites
- Be quick to learn new website development softwares, specificially Thrivethemes, Wishlist member, and Unbounce
- communicate often and clearly with a virtual team
- Masters/expert understand the website basics including but not limited too; websites, hosting, domain forwarding, seo, hyperlinks, page load speed, page quality scores, etc
- an OCD level of attention to detail when it comes to file management, file storage, file size, and page design.
