We're looking for a Customer Relationship Superstar who can help troubleshoot and take care of our customers.
Our product is a leading online event software that makes it super easy for people to run webinars and live /automated events.
Full training will be provided, however, you should know your way around the web and have good experience with WordPress.
Most importantly, your English should be excellent (both written and verbal). You should be able to know how to empathize and sympathize with customers in need! You should also not be afraid to let your personality shine through! We don't want any robots here :)
You'll report to a project manager and be responsible for writing up help documentation based on already done videos. You'll also help solve support tickets for issues that customers may have and spend time in our private Facebook group.
If you have experience with web graphics and design (adobe illustrator / Photoshop) that's also a bonus but not required.
There's ton's of room to grow with us! The right person will even be able to assist producing events (and get paid out bonuses accordingly).
