We're an online Filipino grocery store based in the US that's growing really fast. We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to do a mix of Customer Support and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

- Respond to VOICE calls from customers - questions can vary from tracking their packages, shipping information, product inquiries, missing packages, website navigation, placing their orders on the website, etc.
- Respond to customer inquiries on :
- Emails
- Live Chat
- Social Media platforms
- Help with administrative tasks like emails, placing orders with wholesalers, updating website information
- Help post social media updates
- Reach out and coordinate with shipping companies (like UPS, USPS) for status updates on customer packages and communicate those updates to customers

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with the Shopify platform
- Able to work from 8am to 5pm PACIFIC time
- Familiarity with Filipino grocery products and brands (Mama Sita, Datu Puti, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog (Bisaya is a plus)
- Excellent problem solving and listening skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at ALL TIMES
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Support
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays and weekends
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop software is a plus

Additional information:
- Base pay PHP 10,000
- 8AM - 5PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday
