JOB OVERVIEW

Join our team! We already have 6 full-time employees in the Philippines from OnlineJobs.ph (working for us for many years). We have another 10 employees in the USA.

We are looking for a Tracking Manager / Virtual Assistant (VA) to help our customers on the phone. Your job will focus on obtaining tracking information for customer orders on our website (BigCommerce), Amazon and eBay - as well as assisting in replying to tracking messages on our Zendesk portal. We can hire immediately!

You would follow our standard operating procedures (SOPs)/ instructions to take answer phones on our TRACKING phone line to assist customers to find their information, or update them on why their order hasn't shipped yet. This will likely take 8 hours per day total for 5 days a week. You will be trained by one of our employees.

Must be able to handle keeping our customers happy and calm (if their order is late), and have great attention to detail.

Total work would be 40 hours per week. If the work is good, there is potential for more work (and overtime pay rate).
