We’re looking for a highly motivated lead manager (Virtual Only) who loves to nurture a prospect database with phone calls and text messages to prospects! This person loves to spend time on the phone, offers superior prospect engagement and has the skills to generate sales appointment for our growing sales for out business. You love working hard to provide the best service to potential customers in hopes of generating sales appointments for the team.

Responsibilities:
-Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our team can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
-Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
-Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
-Own and manage all Follow Up Leads and work to to convert them into appointments with our sales team.
-Sending and replying to Text / SMS Message to lead prospects using Lead Sherpa
-Track and manage Podio CRM

Qualifications:
-Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus
-Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
-Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
-Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
-Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
-You must be an active listener
-You must be fluent in speaking and writing in English
-You must have your own computer.
-You must have high speed internet access.
-You must have a professional headset to call clients.
-Podio (CRM) experience is required.
-You must be able to work Monday through Friday:

Compensation:
22,000 - 45,000 PHP /month
