Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant

Job Details:
This role requires 40 hours workweek or 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday following the Central Standard Time zone.

Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a smart, humble, committed, and highly motivated professional to support with administrative work.

This position is ideal for someone who is earnestly considering a long-term relationship with the company and can commit full-time. An individual who can learn fast and can work with minimal supervision. Highly trainable, adaptable, and most importantly reliable.

Job Qualifications:
- Great communicator - Fluent/ conversational
- Good knowledge of phone etiquette.
- Exceptional soft-phone skills.
- Amenable to work during CST hours.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from existing customers.
- Answering inquiries from potential customers.
- Filing a ticket for every call that needs response or action.
- Updating of ticketing tool.
- Support with administrative tasks including but not limited to implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Draft policies and process documents.
- Managing and organizing meetings as well as appointments including but not limited to reminding the managers/executives of important tasks, important dates/holidays, and deadlines.
- Coordinating project management activities, resources, and information.
- Liaising with vendors and clients.
- Typing, compiling as well as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Preparing internal and external documents for team members up to partners.
- Comfortably use software dialers
- Any other administrative tasks that may be assigned.

System/Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop/Desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i5-i7, AMD processor or the equivalent.
- Stable internet connection of at least 10mbps (Fiber connection is a plus).
- Private and quiet work environment / dedicated workspace.
- Backup internet and power source.
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
