Customer Service Agent and Contant Writer for Small E-commerce Business

We are a e-commerce business that sells product on our own web site as well as Amazon. We are looking for a person to handle daily customer service emails. You will also be researching and writing high quality blog post for our company website.

We are looking for someone with top notch written and spoken english.

We are launching some new product in the next few weeks and would like to get a Customer Support person to handle the increasing amount of emails.

Experience working with Amazon.com Seller Central is a plus.
