We are a two attorney law office looking for a personable, self-motivated, detail oriented, problem-solver to join our law office team and assist in providing high quality work. Law office’s main practice areas are Immigration and Real Estate transactions.
Job duties include:
• Maintain case files and documents in case management system
. Prepare client documents/files
• Maintaining confidential information in a professional and trustworthy manner
• Set up and maintain mailing list
. Social media management which include creating (social media calendar) graphics and content for Instagram ,
• Video editing for posts on social media platforms including youtube channel.
• Assisting in marketing strategy development
• Performing various other support services and administrative duties as requested.
We seek the following qualities in the ideal candidate:
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills and Extreme attention to detail
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self starter who takes initiates in solving problem and research way to make the business more efficient
• Ability to work independently and take directions
• Dedication to providing high-quality service.
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Graphic and video editing knowledge and experience
