Amazon Reverse Sourcing Expert - eCommerce Retails

Hello, I'm looking to add more team members to my eCommerce team for retail business. You will be responsible for finding good selling products with minimum of 20% ROI and then opening up a wholesale account with the Brand directly or their authorized distributors for our Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify storefronts. You should be an expert in Reverse Sourcing. Once you open up a wholesale account with the Brand/Distributor for our company, you will either find profitable products through manual search through the catalog or get supplier wholesale price list from supplier in Excel/CSV format for all of their products, provide the Excel/CSV product list to us, we will run it through Scan Unlimited and provide it back to you to find profitable products. Supplier should be eCommerce resellers friendly.

You shouldn’t be shy to make phone calls to suppliers and then follow it up with an email to get an account ---------- munication and persistency will play a major role in this job and if you don’t have self-confidence and strong English, you will not be a good fit for this ---------- itially, this will be a commission-based job and you will be paid per successful new supplier account. Your performance will be accessed every 30 days and if you show good progress in the first 6 months, you will be hired full time and given more responsibilities. Once hired full time, you will be put on monthly salary plus, extra commission. More responsibilities will be added to your daily tasks to manage the business. You will have the opportunity to grow in this company

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be an "Expert in Reverse Sourcing" & negotiations with the supplier
2. Ability to perform all the calculation to find net profits/ROI. Minimum of 20% ROI per product
3. Strong English communication skills (both writing and speaking)
4. Ability to work independently with little supervision
5. Self-sufficient, Confident, Pursuant, and Hunger to achieve success
6. Strong MS Excel, Google Sheet, and Hubspot (Sales Hub) knowledge
7. Strong attention to details
8. Must have an established resource to call suppliers in USA
9. Must have your own working computer as well as good internet connection
10. Must perform well in a team
11. We do not require certain hours, but do require the daily tasks to be completed each day and report out your progress to the leadership daily
12. You should have ---------- and Skype to communicate with us during working hours
13. We will have weekly ---------- minutes Skype video team meeting to discuss weekly progress
14. You should be able to work USA day time to communicate with the suppliers and company management
15. You should have prior experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, ETSY etc.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
1. You will be given our company credentials to communicate with all the suppliers
2. $11 per successful supplier/distributor account. The more accounts you create, you more you will get paid
3. If you perform well and deliver good results, you will be hired full time after 6 months. Salary and commission will be negotiable. Plus, you will get holidays pay.
4- Bi-weekly Pay on every 1st and 15th of the month.
