Create An Ebook From My Videos

Good Day,

I have a series of 30 videos that range in time from 1-3 hours. I need ebooks created from my video content. Each video needs it's own ebook that is formatted with headings, subheadings, bullets, numbers, and highlighted quotes from what I have said in the video.
