She is a breast cancer survivor and CPA-turned-holistic health coach, certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Her experience taught Kristina that life is too short to postpone following your passion.

She was diagnosed with cancer on July 3, 2007. From that day, Kristina and her husband started to do research. She was in stage 2 of the cancer.

She had a hard day since she knew the result. Before she was diagnosed, she already felt uncomfortable or that something was wrong with her breast. She made an appointment with a doctor and she underwent an ultrasound. On first opinion, the doctor said it wasn't cancer. The second check-up shocked her and her family…she had breast cancer.

A couple of weeks after the diagnosis, she started the surgery. She learnt that proper diet or healthy living would take away the cancer.

A support from your family is the best medicine to fight cancer. Kristina found out that we need more nutrients to survive cancer.

Kristina Sampson and her family are currently living in Denver, Colorado. Before that, she lived in New York City as it was her dream.
