Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

We need a Construction Professional with background in Steel Fabrication &/or Custom Architectural Projects.

Must be able to interpret a range of Architectural, Structural and Sketch drawings to determine factors impacting construction costs.

Must be able to use Excel, Bluebeam (or other pdf markup tool) to fast and accurately document project costs including:
Procurement (what materials must be purchased for project)
Fabrication (cutting, welding, grinding, etc.)
Installation (cranes, connections, site welding, etc.)

2D CAD skills preferred. Excellent written communication skills and immaculate attention to detail essential.
