Life on Purpose, LLC is about to release a new software product BIRD DOG LEAD MACHINE, which is a lead generation and marketing software for real estate investors that helps them grow their businesses through automation. Life on Purpose LLC's founder Chris Logan is a Christian, Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur that also owns and runs a successful real estate investment company, Rise Real Estate Group, based out of Tampa Bay, FL.


Work Duration: Part-time
The position will start part time, but will have the ability to go full time once the software launches within 90 days. Ideally looking to start someone at 10-20 hours a week in the beginning.

Rate or Salary range: $3-$4/hr

Description/Information:
We need an Executive Assistant to provide software support and complete various other tasks for our new software Upgrade to see actual info's a Podio based Real Estate lead generation and marketing platform. Ideally the candidate would have had software support experience in the past, have a high attention to detail, able to speak and type in English fluently and have an upbeat, likable personality. The support communication would mainly be over email only, but might consider offering phone support in the near future.


The job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Build basic websites using a drag and drop editor.
. Provide amazing customer Upgrade to see actual infocalate support to our in house developer for questions that are specifically related to questions outside of basic support and relating to the system functionality.
. Needs to be able to recognize the difference between support types and be able to organize support requests ranging from High Urgency - needs addressed today all the way down to Low Urgency - needs addressed this week.


Qualifications:
· College graduate
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent computer skills
· Experience in home-based US Real Estate and Virtual work is REQUIRED
· Availability to start immediately
· Must have strong work ethics and no issues on attendance.
· Does not need to have programming experience - just need to be able to learn how to use our company software and provide Tier 1 (Basic support) for customer questions.
· Insanely Organized and Detail-oriented (behind scenes taking care of details others miss)
· Incredibly Proactive (Thinks on HOW to improve processes, and gets it done with little supervision)
· Customer Service oriented. Think of ways to continually improve care of new software clients
· Ability to communicate professionally and promptly with team and customers.
· Have an Awesome, Positive attitude
· Loves Personal Growth
· WANTS LONG TERM position!
· REAL ESTATE Investment Experience is a PLUS
· Be willing to do whatever tasks we need.


SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
?A working desktop or laptop with at least an i3 processor and 4G/8G of RAM
?A headset with noise-canceling feature and a web cam
?Must have high-speed and stable internet service (DSL or Fiber Optic Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
