Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidates need to work closely with management to prioritize business needs and stay up to date with the goals of the organization as they evolve.
2. Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines.
3. Manage training class and interdepartmental communication and coordination.
4. Understand the process training for one or more verticals.
5. Manage databases – batch list, scores of agents, etc.
6. Mentor trainees effectively, conduct tests of the training batch before proceeding to the final certification to identify gaps, assess performance of trainees & coach them where-ever needed.
7. Document training modules, trackers etc.
8. Conduct regular audits to check training effectiveness
9. Conduct Recursive Training based on the Training Need Identification/Analysis received from Operations/Quality.
10. Provide feedback to specific areas of opportunity
Key Qualifications:
1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Graduate in any field.
2. Min 1-2 years of working experience as a trainer role in a call center environment.
3. Fluency in English & excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills, including ability to effectively communicate with respect, humbleness, politeness, and modesty to different groups of people.
4. Strong knowledge of customer care processes and technique and dedication to provide exceptional customer service
5. Exceptional listening and analytical skills
6. Excellent knowledge of timeline.
