Web Design & Developer - Design and BUILD Web stuff

You will be instrumental in setting new standards for clean, simple, and powerful design by helping us improve the look and feel of our website, our software products, our marketing collateral, our product packaging, our presentations, and everything else we create. The more powerful the design, the more businesses we can serve. And as we help entrepreneurs simplify their business, it will create space for them to live a more powerful life.

THE DETAILS:
• This is a full time role.
• We're looking for a baller (baller = you're really good).
• You must be able to get on Skype calls and contribute to regular meetings.
• Our values are very important to us. Make sure those fit with you before you apply.

What you will be responsible for:
- Create/document/enforce our brand guidelines
- Establish brand guidelines that can be applied across our companies.
- Document and communicate guidelines internally to make everybody's lives easier.
- Create templates that comply with guidelines that we can use internally to simplify processes.
- Make sure our stuff looks AMAZING.

Design our websites and build
- Design our websites (standard and mobile).
- Design landing pages and squeeze pages to look good AND to convert.
- Design our online courses.
- Design our software apps and make em look great.
- Design info graphics, ads, Facebook posts, Facebook cover photos, etc. . .

Design our print material
- Design our business cards and letter heads.
- Design flyers, booths, letters, direct mail packages, etc. . .
- Design t-shirts, hats, and whatever other stuff we need.

You may be the right fit if these describe you:
- You love designing amazing stuff.
- You believe (as it has been said) that "You have reached perfection in design, not when you have nothing more to add, but when you have nothing more to take away."
- You have a mastery of color, fonts, white space, usability, etc. . .
- You excel at converting conversations into design concepts.
- You believe in paying attention to (and occasionally losing sleep over) pixels.
- You are able to convert design standards into templates.
- You have experience managing multiple projects and timelines so we stay on track.
- You are comfortable having an opinion, defending it, but not to the detriment of the team.
- You are comfortable juggling the demands of design and conversion without sacrificing one or the other.
