Pharmacy Call Handler

We are looking for a candidates who are well spoken and driven to learn new things about the healthcare system in the UK. You must be flexible with your work hours with late evening shifts expected (Philippines time). We are looking for someone who can work under pressure answering phone calls regarding medicine supplies and new orders. You will not be expected to give medical advise. You will be managing not only the calls coming in on shift but also the emails and other administration duties.

An ideal candidate would be someone with some healthcare experience, who speaks excellent English and is willing to learn new things (training will be offered)

The hours we offer will range from 25-35 hours depending how we can fit you into schedule (negotiable).
