Position Overview

Growve is looking to hire a qualified virtual assistant to provide support to promotions associates and brand managers across several platforms. This position provides an opportunity for the selected candidate to provide invaluable support in the fast-paced Amazon and eCommerce industry for one of the top operators on Amazon right now.
The ideal virtual assistant candidate will possess strong communication and time-management skills; will be able to speak with customers via email and messenger, provide exceptional customer service using templates and keep customer information and other data filed appropriately. We’re looking for an ambitious candidate that’s eager to quickly learn and enhance existing processes for an optimal customer experience. The ideal candidate has previous experience with Amazon, Facebook Ad Manager, Microsoft Office, Protexting and ManyChat systems. They should be able to prioritize projects, complete work in a timely manner and communicate with the brand managers should questions or issues arise.

Responsibilities
• Answering customer support messages using superior customer service through the use of templates and timely resolution
• Keyword Research and listing optimization (SEO) for multiple Amazon listings
• Work with Brand Manager to plan and execute Facebook Ads and promotions
• Work with Brand Manager to create and optimize PPC campaigns within Seller Central Platform
• Seller Central Responsibilities – Product/Market Research, creating product listings, opening cases to resolve listing issues, monitoring inventory levels, setting up promotions, and
• Support brand manager and promotions associate by monitoring all product listings and customer feedback on a frequent basis and escalating any issues
• Support team by organizing files and customer lists; pulling reports; analyzing data; and other ad hoc projects

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or remote employee
• 2+ year of experience with Amazon
• 1+ year of experience with Facebook Ad manager and Social Media
• Experience with ManyChat, Google Drive, and Protexting is highly desired
• Exceptional grasp of the English language through written and verbal communications
• Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside of the organization
• Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgement
• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and work in a highly ambiguous environment
