***Duties and Responsibilities***

This role is as an appointment setter for our client accounts. Our clients provide home services (HVAC, Cleaning, Roofing, etc) and we at Rank Local Marketing take the responsibility of booking appointments on behalf of our clients. Our official time is Mountain Standard Time so our ideal applicant should be willing to work night shifts in Philippine time.

We are a results-driven company and we provide advancement opportunities and incentives to deserving staff. We are also 100% remote so we expect the applicants to have updates technical working systems and a quiet workspace at home free.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Cold calling leads using our script - We want someone who follows the script to a T but at the same time is creative enough to make his or her own spiels without deviating from the call-flow intent and structure once he or she has mastered it.
2. Superb Account Management Skills - A successful candidate will be able to manage 10-20+ client accounts and book 30+ appointments per day based on inbound lead volume.
3. Responding to lead inquiries via text - We want someone who is proactive in responding to lead inquiries via text or FB messages in preparation for their sales call
4. Tagging lead status after each call and following through depending on the status tagged.
5. Setting appointments to fill up the Sales team's calendar
6. Attend trainings and coaching sessions for your career growth
7. Report daily stats EOB to line manager

***Work Ethics***

We are not looking for someone perfect. We look for someone who is humble and Upgrade to see actual infoaracter is a great asset any company can have; thus, below are our expectations from you.

1. Time and Attendance: Logs in on time and is present in team meetings and trainings. We allow reasonable tardiness and absences from time to time but not often.
2. Transparency and clear communications: Reports his/her daily stats in the dashboard as well as other concerns that hinders him/her from performing his/her work whether these are personal or work-place related. We do not tolerate ghosting staff.
3. Life-Long Learner: While we do have standards of prior experiences as a requirement for joining the team, want someone who is willing to empty their cups to learn more from us.

***Qualifications***

1. Very Important Requirement: Internet Connection - We require all our appointment setters to have one (1) main connection and at least two (2) back-ups.
2. Very Important Requirement: 2 years experience as an appointment setter
3. Willing to work in Mountain Standard Time hours
4. 2 years experience in sales is an advantage
5. Has strong written and spoken English and can keep up and sustain lively conversations with leads.
6. Has strong telepresence to direct each call to become an appointment
