Wordpress website content Manager - Model Agency

My Model Agency is in Hong Kong. I now require a Model Agency website. My clients are USA, European & UK fashion/clothing companies. I've decided to use Wordpress. When I screen suitable male & female models I need to add their photos and details to my website. I also need to have Comp Cards prepared for each model (likely pdf smaller resolution) so they can be emailed to clients & designers. I'm looking for someone who can initially start part time and once proven themselves to be reliable, punctual, good eye for detail and can offer creative suggestions on how to make the website more attractive & functional/effective, this could lead to a full time position very quickly.

If you have experience in:
*Wordpress
*Photoshop
*Content management
*Logo creation
*Google analytics (a plus)
*Cantonese written or translation from English to Cantonese (a plus, not critical)
*Web content writing
