website set-up,trouble shooting and transfer

i am looking for a web design /development who has experience in transferring websites between servers and is confident using cpanel of hostgator or similar hosting services.
you must be also experience in performing back ups,wordpress installation,,and trouble shooting and ideally confident in the wordpress platform,including installation and set-up of plug-ins and widgets,adding html links,some web design and understanding of web graphics.
this is on going work if the right applicant.
should be able to communicate with us, my partner is in phillipines too, and available and willing to work and communicate between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am.
