Wordpress, HTML5, CSS & PSD Expert Needed

Hi. I'm looking for someone to help me maintain my website and build mobile responsive Wordpress websites for my clients. You need to be able to build custom websites based on a Wordpress theme and create new a new theme from scratch. Must be able to use Photoshop to create PSD design mockups.

Need someone who is top expert and understand, PHP, CSS, HTML5 and build websites that are mobile responsive. I want someone who is versatile and can work with Google Analytics, SEO, landing pages like Lead Pages, email marketing systems like Aweber, MailChimp and GetResponse.

Looking for someone who is meticulous in their coding and develop efficient and optimized code. Not just look good but performs great and pages load fast.

Need someone who is conscious about SEO and naming pages correctly, meta data descriptions, etc. to rank high in Google.

Need someone who knows WooCommerce, Paypal integration and other shopping carts for WordPress.

Need to know how to work with Hostgator and other hosting companies, and FTP and move websites between host companies.

Need to be comfortable creating how to videos to show how to manage backend of website.

Must be fast and efficient worker and take directions well.

Need to know how to scale and optimize images for website.

Need to know best way to efficiently upload audio and video to website.

Must read, write and speak English and communicate well.

I am a woman and all of my clients are women. Need to be comfortable designing and developing websites that are attractive to women.
