New Website and graphics needed

I am looking for a skilled web developer who can help me put a website together similar to engageselling.com. I need someone who can mirror this site, but use my content and videos for my company. I will need someone who has graphic design capability. Must have Wordpress, html and php experience and graphic design. Please send me some examples of your past work if you interested. If I hire you and this project is successful I will have follow on work for you as well and this can potentially lead into a full-time relationship.
