Job Description
- Cold calling a list of SFH and Multifamily properties to inquire about selling to us using script
- Gather relevant information with regards to property condition and seller motivation
- Ability to build a level of rapport with seller
- Input information onto Podio
- Time dedication is 40 hours per month/10 hours per week
