Cold Caller/ Telephone Customer Service / Account Rep / Amazon Wholesale

We are looking for someone who is very organized and comfortable on the phone speaking with people in the United States in English. We are not selling products or services but actually buying the products from these prospects so it will be a lot easier than the cold calling jobs you are used to.

Duties
Making phone calls to gather information and answer questions (some telephone sales experience required but this is not a hard sell)
Taking notes and following up with prospects using CRM software.
Responding and following up to emails that are received.
Filling out paperwork with details provided by the Upgrade to see actual infopensation will be hourly plus performance bonus with raises based on performance.

Hours: Most work hours will be between 10 am-2 pm PST.
Days: Currently looking to hire someone to work 10-12 Hours / Week. This position can grow to full time for the right applicant.


Required:
Great conversational phone skills. Building relationships and trust over the phone.
Great English speaking/writing.
Good communication with your manager. And follow up skills.
Experience in Sales (or at least understand how to handle objections, but you won’t be selling anything)
