Real Estate Cold caller / Lead Person

First of all EXCELLENT English is a MUST, if you don't speak good English don't apply!

You will be on the phone the majority of the time with this position cold calling sellers

Previous successful phone experience A MUST!

Updating Podio leads (Podio experience preferred!)

Scraping Zillow, craigslist, and back page for leads

Creating training videos for additional

Having a weekly Skype call with me to go over your work

Have experience with Mojo Dialer and Call Rail is a must

Minimum requirements:

1. Own personal computer with good and reliable internet access (the faster the better)

2. Be able to work from a quiet place without interruptions or excessive background noise of any kind.

3. Be able to work the night shift (9:30PM-6AM) Philippines time. Monday through Friday US time ( 20 hours per week, 4 weeks per month) - time off and paid holidays can be discussed further in the interview process.

4. Own a personal smartphone.

5. Willing to learn quickly and take self-initiative to work on your own without close supervision.

6. Willing to install work monitoring software to ensure the quality of work and proper performance.

Bonuses are paid after closing on the deal and will vary from $25-150USD depending on the type and size of the deal.
