eCommerce Sales Specialist

MAIN DUTIES

Shopify
• Add new products to Upgrade to see actual info each season
• Responsible meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
• Monitor and update inventory weekly
• Monitor website traffic to understand user’s behavior to identify opportunities and make recommendations
• Coordinate with suppliers to acquire assets, copy and editorials when needed
• AB Testing to improve customer experience and increase sales and conversion
• Create and update banners, landing pages, emails, etc.
• Build and update reports

Marketplaces
• Responsible for launching products on marketplaces
• Key Marketplaces will include Shopify, Amazon, FBA, eBay, Wish, Walmart
• Update inventory twice per week
• Monitor performance and research trend to increase sales
• Implement best practices to increase sales

Order Fulfillment
• Work closely with the owner to fulfill orders on time
• Oversee all customer inquiries and concerns

Work on other duties/projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, data sciences, or a related field is required
• 3-5 year experience with digital marketing or relevant industry experience
• 3-5 year experience working in Lingerie or clothing industry
• Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon seller central, eBay
• Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and drive issues to resolution
• Shopify experience is required
• SEO, HTML, Design, Google Analytics, Hootsuite experience a plus
