We are an Organic Vegetable & Herb Garden Service called Harvest to Home. We build vegetable gardens at peoples homes and come back each week to do maintenance on the gardens.
We need a great assistant to help with our work flow. We have a great positive company and are looking to add someone who is like minded. Skills required are CRM SAGE ACT experience, basic email creation, GREAT English skills, SEO internet marketing experience, Social Media experience. Details are below...
Admin-
Send weekly emails to customers reminding them when we will be at their homes for service
Send emails to confirm a new potential customer for their consultation on a new garden installation
Communicating with our staffs and customers
Sales-
Manage our ACT CRM, enter leads, send out proposals (we provide all templates), follow up with leads, making calls to people who have contacted us interested in a garden set of evaluations, etc
Internet-
Any internet marketing, SEO, links, adwords, etc
Social Media- Daily posts on Facebook/Instragram (we provide all pictures). Creation and management of Pinterest
