JOB OVERVIEW

We are a luxury Real Estate firm in Hawaii looking for a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to help us manage our growing portfolio of sales escrows.

You will manage files for individual transactions from contract acceptance through to closing, including document preparation, obtaining digital signatures, keeping timelines current and updating agents on status.

Requirements:

High speed internet access with ability to Skype for live phone contacts
Excellent English communication skills
Knowledge of real estate contracts and procedures
Ability to work hours that align with our time zone (we are 18 hours behind you)
High availability and reliability
Microsoft Office suite expertise - Word and Excel

Greatly Desired:

Experience with Transaction Point tracking software
Experience with DocuSign digital signatures
Knowledge of Dropbox
