Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 2:30 AM GST & Another Shift 02:00 AM to 08:30 AM (04:00 PM to 10:30 PM & 10:00 PM to 04:00 AM PST ) Saturdays to Fridays - One Day OFF During the week
Type of contract: Freelance
Rate: USD 400 + Incentives

We are one of the largest insurance brokers in the UAE and looking to hire 2 Insurance Advisors to sell travel insurance products by liaising between the client and the insurance company. In order to qualify for the role, you should be available as per the working hours and interested in a long-term committed project.

Job Description:
1-Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; and verifying information & generate leads
2- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
3- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
4-Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
5-Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures

Skills/Background:
• Can take phone calls with average handling time of three minutes
• Customer service/ Contact centre experience
• Eager to learn and take on new tasks with enthusiasm
• Open to constructive feedback

Technical requirements:
• Laptop / Desktop (Core i5 10th or 11th gen, 6-8gb ram, 500gb - 1TB hard disk)
• Headsets (USB based headset)
• Internet speed - 10mbps
• Uninterrupted power supply system (back up of 2-4 hours should be enough, but depends on the frequency and duration of power outage)
• Quiet background
