We have many years of experience in lighting industry, and now we are more active in promoting our own brands and products through e-commerce(such as Amazon, Shopify platform).We are looking for suitable assistants to sale and jointly expand the North American B2B market, and hope to become a long-term partner of own brand business.
You can work at home(Home base work), you need to have an undisturbed workspace, a computer (or laptop) and a smooth network connection environment to perform related tasks, so that you can communicate with team members or potential customers through E-Mail, Internet phone software, Communication APP or video Meeting.
JOB OVERVIEW
The main tasks include to let potential customers know about our brand, products and e-commerce store, and to sale our e-commerce store products (Amazon, Shopify).Customers placing orders at the e-commerce store and order execution will be handled by other team
TASKS:
1. B2B Sales: Contact potential corporate customers by sending
2. Collect and sort out market-related intelligence information for the sale and company's decision-making reference.
3. Regularly report work status, progress and results
4. Customer service: If necessary, carry out client contact, FAQ, pre-sales and after-sales service related communications.
5. Other tasks: will be negotiated and arranged separately according to personal ability and actual work status.
