Amazon Customer Service, Support Agent (VA-Virtual Assistant) - EXCELLENT USA ENGLISH (FULL TIME)

We are looking for an Online Assistant for the following tasks, but not limited to because the job will grow. Growth and adapting to new online changes will be part of this job, but with growth includes increase in salary plus additional bonuses.

1. Message reply and support to online inquiries from Mainly Amazon, plus others.
2. Perform Administrative eCommerce Tasks.
3. Will also be required to assisting with customer order processing, returns, assisting in removing negative reviews, exchanges, feedback, Amazon notices, ASIN checking, etc.

1. Time and days here are in USA Mountain Time. Your days are Thursday through Monday. So your days off will be Tuesday and Wednesday.
2. Denver CO, MST, 6 am – 2:30pm (8 hour shift, with 30m break). This is a night shift for you.
3. Full Time of 38-44 hours a week starting. More time will be required during December and January

Success will lead to full time, and pay raise in 60-90 days, or depending on performance increase.

COMPUTER REQUIREMENT:
- High Speed Internet of 5Mbps UP and 30Mbps Down, minimum to Dallas, Chicago, or Denver.
- RDP Access (Windows 7 or higher)
- 24" Monitor is prefered based on other employees.
Additional Job Training will be provided.
