Full Time Web Developer - Must have portfolio

Looking for an exciting Front End Developer role in a dynamic, growing managed IT service provider?

Responsibilities:

· Generate and maintain front-end code (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript)

· Create and maintain a repository of common assets and reusable code

· Meet with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate on vision and produce ideas, and create compelling digital experiences

· Develop user interfaces for web, mobile, portals & collaboration, and social computing solutions

· Develop rich web interfaces that integrate with back-end components

· Work in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere and develop new ideas adapting to evolving user needs

· Maintain and improve WordPress website

· Optimize applications and website for maximum speed

· Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers

· Write functional requirement documents, guides, and help craft standard operating procedures

· Create quality mockups and prototypes

· Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency

· Research and lay out the requirements for the optimal tool sets for developing the interfaces that we need.

· Work with internal IT team and spearhead integrations across our marketing stack

· Troubleshoot front-end issues.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly-evolving environment.

· Work with our support team to provide documentation on the site's UI and workflows.

· Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail

· Work with the other team members in the marketing team to ensure deadlines are met

· Participate in team stand-ups and provide updates on status of work items in progress



Qualifications

· 3-5+ years in a progressive technology development role, with 2 or more years of technical design experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript

· Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and/or Invision app

· Excellent analytical and multitasking skills

· An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge and understanding of SEO principles as they apply to front end development.

· In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) Required Experience:

· Experience working with API-based front-end applications, knowledge of PHP and JSON is a plus.

· Proven work experience as a Front-end developer

· Hands on experience with markup languages

· Familiarity Upgrade to see actual info development environment

· Familiarity with browser testing and debugging

· BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field

· Strong desire to keep up with emerging technologies

· Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference

· Ensure safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the organization’s information security policies
